| Piet, who leads ENS as chief executive, has 25 years of experience. He was the founder and head of ENS's
labour law department from 1987 to 2000, and managing partner of ENS from 1991 to 2000. He has acted as
Labour Court judge and has co-authored various labour publications. He was a member of the technical team
which redrafted the Labour Relations Act from 1991 to 1994. Piet was co-responsible for establishing ENS as the
largest legal practice in Africa. |
